Chicken meat is rich in easily digestible protein, B vitamins (B1, B2, B12) and potassium, while beef rind provides large amounts of collagen. Low fat content makes beef steak cubes a good component of low-fat diet, used for obese animals and those struggling with liver and pancreas diseases. Due to the drying process the product retains a long shelf life without the addition of artificial preservatives.
